ABOUT US Future Path (UK) Limited is a fresh, dynamic provider of employability & workforce development solutions. We were created in January 2008 when the 2 operational directors brought over 20 years of combined experience together to form the company. Between them they have vast expertise in our sector, and complementary skills that help us to specialise in virtually every aspect of leadership & management needed in the employability sector. Since we began, we have been involved in some exciting projects. These have included, but not been limited to: Bid writing & business development support: Leading to over £50 million of funding being secured so far Operational support: Managing multiple site delivery of W2W provision while permanent management staff were recruited Qualifications: Securing City & Guilds status for a provider, creating compliant assessment & verification procedures & documentation Quality: Managing Ofsted inspection preperation, leading to Grade 2s in areas that we managed Research & Evaluation: Risk assessing potential funding streams & compiling reports including recommendations
